If I am not contracted with your insurance company, my services are considered out-of-network.  In this case, I will give you an itemized receipt of session services (a superbill)  that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about out-of-network behavioral health services for more information, and please let me know if I can help!
